The Glorified Sock Puppet Pattern
Character: Ned Needleman actually works here at Project Puppet. He's head of the shipping department...okay he is the shipping department. He was quite upset when he found out the Glorified Sock Puppet Pattern would be downloadable and would not even pass through his area. He kept rambling something under his breath about being "phased out" and "die, Internet, die". Whatever the case, and for those of you who may be worried, we assured him his job here a Project Puppet is secure (where else would he go) and took him out to lunch.
Technical: Ned was built using the Glorified Sock Puppet Pattern, of course. No changes were made. We followed the pattern 100%.
We used antron fleece. His eyes are made from a practice golf ball sliced in half. We really loved doing his tie. It's so cute and small. It is actually the small end of an old tie, cut off, tied, and glued under the collar.
