Character: "This is Marley. Marley is an old hippie who loves peace and love and hates war. He goes to any peace rallies he can find. He's never really held down a steady job and as he approaches 45 he never plans to. He talks really slow, as you guessed it, like a hippie. He is said to use the word 'man' and 'dude' too much." - Stephanie
Technical: "This is the Roly Pattern. There are no alterations for the pattern as this is only my second finished puppet I have made and I haven't sewn in about 7 years. The hair is a furry material that is uncontrollable, so I thought it would be perfect for an old hippie. The eyes are a foam golf ball cut in half. Shirt is just an old tie-dye shirt I found at a second hand store and altered to fit the puppet." - Stephanie
