The Melonhead Puppet Pattern
Character: "A giant space lizard who has spent much of his young life watching intercepted transmissions of Godzilla movies from Earth. This 'Earth' was obviously a paradise for giant space lizards like himself with its domino-like buildings to knock down, puny humans to TERRORIZE and neat car-things that make such satisfying EXPLOSIONS when thrown. SMASHING his spacepiggy bank, Gavzilla rented a rocketship and flew to his idol's home planet. He arrived excited and ready to CRUSH and DESTROY, but found his plans crushed instead by the realization that on Earth, even the puny humans are larger than a giant space lizard like himself.
Gavzilla has since discovered toy stores and shoe boxes which, with a little creativity, work quite nicely. Even though the toy car-things don't blow up as good. He still insists on using the term 'puny humans'" - Steve
