Character: "Flarst is a conscript in his planet's militia whose sole function is to seek out other inhabited planets and assess potential threats. The trouble is he's just not cut out for this line of work since he heard the old Earth radio broadcast of "War of the Worlds". It's hard to explore worlds for threat assessment when you're afraid of what germs you may come in contact with." - Kris
