The Pinhead Puppet Pattern
Character: "Ernest works in accounting at a cat-food factory. Math and logic are his passion. In his free time he likes to play cards and do magic tricks for the neighbor kids. His favorite friend is Monty Monster (Mostro pattern) whom he met in the vet's office. Ernest's cat was having problems with hair-balls and so was Monty. They became fast friends and Ernest got Monty a job at the cat-food factory taste testing catfood in quality control. Their personalities balance eachother out. Ernest has fun and takes more risk when he's with Monty. Monty is more likely to see reason in his friend's presence due to his helpful insights." - Pam
Technical: "Ernest was made using the Pinhead Puppet Pattern. I did the mouthplate similar to the Mostro Pattern by gluing the foam around the perimeter of the mouth plate only and using the center foam scrap to make a handhold for the puppeteer's hand. I also used the hand from the Forma Series patterns because I like the shape better." - Pam
